COVID19 PROTOCOL

The highest priority has always been and will be ensure health and well-being of our employees and customers, now more than ever, maintaining our commitment to high quality standards which define the essence of our Hotel. That’s why we launched one strict protocol of safety and hygiene measures to ensure that you can enjoy a well-deserved rest without worries and in shape safe. Because taking care of you is our greatest satisfaction.

The inspiring principles for ensuring the safety of customers and employees are: social distancing, disinfection, reducing contact with shared elements, monitoring employee health, information to employees, customers and suppliers, and employee training. .

RECEPTION

  • Check-in online. To avoid the manipulation of documents physically, we have implemented online check-in for bookings made through our websites or the Booking Center. A few days before your arrival you will receive one e-mail inviting you to check in online. All you have to do is fill in your details and those of the people staying with you.

  • We will have hidroalcohòlic thaw at the entrance, as well as a disinfectant mat, through which both people and pets will have to pass. We will also perform the disinfection of the workplace and work tools after each day.

  • All objects and surfaces in areas of passages susceptible to being manipulated or contaminated by different people, such as elevator buttons or machines, handrails, door handles, bells, etc.

  • The keys will be delivered in a previously disinfected bag. The return of the keys on the day of departure will be deposited in the drawer provided in the reception bar.

Beach towels will be delivered protected in an individual bag and will be returned to reception in a specific section for this. There will be a towel charge of 10€ to the customer account which will be credited with the return of the towels.

  • Disinfection of dataphones after each use.
  • The maintenance of the safety distance and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) between employees will be monitored.
  • Installation of screens.
  • To avoid contacts, guests will be provided with an app to resolve any questions during their stay. As well as internal messaging with guests.
  • In the elevator, the maximum occupancy will be limited to people from the same family unit, or to 1 person.
  • Access to the common areas will be used with a mask.

ROOMS

  • In addition to cleaning,there will be a complete disinfection of the room between guests, following a documented procedure.
  • Special attention will be paid to equipment with a high level of use or contact (telephone, remote control, taps, etc.).
  • The hangers will be sanitized between customers.
  • All items that have been used to disinfect a room will be safely discarded.
  • At least 5 minutes of room ventilation will be provided daily.
  • The carts and offices will be cleaned and disinfected at each shift change.
  • Cleaning and disinfection personnel will be protected by PPE (personal protective equipment). An internal procedure is established to prevent cross-contamination of the linen in the room.
  • Cleaning and disinfection will be done without the presence of customers.
  • To avoid handling documents, both the room service menu as the directory will be accessible through the Hotel app. Please download it to your phone.
  • Trash cans with a non-manual opening and a double bag inside will be provided.
  • Non-essential items such as decorative items, brochures or laundry bags are removed from the rooms; amenities are reduced to basic amenities and a welcome pack with a hydroalcohol dispenser, gloves and masks is included in each room.
  • The in-room minibar for use will be disinfected with virulent products between guests
  • Checklists will be conducted to verify cleanliness.

BUFFET L’AIGUAMARINA

  • The Buffet is maintained but individual reservations of tables will be made and surroundings will beorganized to avoid congestion.

  • Upon arrival, reception will inform you of the times you can choose from and will ask if you want to keep it for the rest of your stay or change it.

  • A default suggested itinerary is established to avoid congestion in certain areas and to prevent contact between customers.

  • Hand disinfection at the entrance will be mandatory.

  • The tables will be covered with individual disposable tablecloths and the cutlery will be mounted on the table.

  • After each cleaning, the materials used and the personal protective equipment used will be safely discarded.

  • Signage will be displayed informing the customer of the hygiene and disinfection guidelines so that he is aware of them and respects them.

  • Offered buffet with screen protector

  • Single dose of vinegar, salt, oil, sugars, etc. at your disposal and removal of decorative elements.

  • A staff member will accompany guests to their table.

  • Seat assignments will be made keeping safety distances

  • The drinks service will be held at the table.

BAR RESTAURANT MAGENTA

  • Hand disinfection at the entrance will be mandatory.

  • The tables will be covered with disposable tablecloths and the cutlery will be mounted on the table.

  • After each cleaning, the materials used and the personal protective equipment used will be safely discarded.

  • Cleaning and disinfecting workplaces at each shift change and disinfection of the dataphone after each use.

  • Signage will be displayed informing the customer of these hygiene and disinfection guidelines so that he is aware of them and respects them.

  • A staff member will accompany guests to their table.

  • Single dose of vinegar, salt, oil, sugar, etc. at your disposal and removal of decorative elements.

  • Maintaining the interpersonal safety distance of two meters between table and table.

  • Waiters will be protected by masks when serving or accompanying guests.

  • Capacity control, so that it is not exceeded at any time.

  • Meetings are allowed on the terraces of the hotel and restaurant establishments for up to 10 people per table or group of tables. SWIMMING POOL AND BEACH

  • The safety distance will be respected, the frequency of cleaning and disinfection tasks in the pool and jacuzzi areas will be reinforced, and water disinfection products suitable for the current situation will be used.

  • Personal protective measures are also taken care of with the use of masks and gloves by personnel.

  • The hammocks will be spaced apart

  • On the beach you must follow the instructions of the informants who will ensure safety in the sand

  • The Balinese lounches are maintained, respecting the two meters between pairs of hammocks.

  • They will be disinfected before and after each use.

  • Accompaniment by a staff member will be required to indicate which one you can use.

MINI CLUB
